Well guys, sorry for all my bitching about BT over the last week ... this
has been a complete shower of s**t but it seems that they've got my service
back.

Thanks for all the help and advice that you guys have given over the last
few days ... thanks to Keith for going through some stuff this evening with
me. The BT helpdesk guy this evening did promise that someone would e
looking at my problem this evening and would call me in the morning to see
if it had actually been resolved to my satisfaction ... about 15 minutes
ago
I ran up my "virgin" PC that has had nothing but Win98SE and the
ISDN CAPI
drivers installed and it connected up immediately. Thinking that maybe I'd
obviously bo**oxed up and just had problems from my main internet machine I
swapped the modem back onto that machine ... nope ... that one works again
too.

Now I just need to wait for a call from the engineer...

Phil
