With all respect to Keith as a BT employee it seems that most of BT don't
know Jack S**t.

I was told that my £39.99 Home Highway deal included BT Surftime *AND* BT's
ISP charge - it didn't!

I was told the day before the install that I already had home highway so
the
install had been cancelled...

*sigh*

Thankfully it did all work in the end.
