The last I heard was that Surftime T&Cs allow you to bond channels,
and providers such as Demon will allow you to connect to them via
Surftime bonded channels. However, I was also told that BT have not
yet managed to overcome 'some technical' difficulties in implementing
channel bonding over Surftime, for which I assume what is really
meant is that BT *can* provide but would like to drag their heels
over it for further commercial gain, not that I'm cynical.

Your best bet is to phone Demon's sales or technical line. They seem
pretty clued up and helpful, particularly if you are a prospective
customer.
