Worth a try Stewart.
Chances are the dish will have move in only one of the planes. Check if
it's loose on the up/down or side to side axis. If it is then put the TV
in
the window or get someone to shout to you as you move it slowly.
If it's had a big move way off the sat then a meter is the best way to peak
the dish. It can be done by trial and error but it's very hit and miss.
