I was considering using CT125 throughout but as I can
get coloured CT100 which would enable me to distinguish between
video in (black) and video out (brown or white) I thought that
I'd use that.

Having just re read your message, you will have no problem in spotting the
difference between CT100 & CT125 if they are both next to one another,
its
visibly thicker
