I would fully agree and perhaps go a bit further, in my build I put in
conduit to most of the boxes and I have already had to change some of my
cabling. I also put in a 2" cable duct below the ground floor just for
good
measure I already have had to use it. I did make a mistake with it, I used
suction hose for the duct and the inside is rubbery which makes pulling
cables a bit difficult.
If I did it again I would have put more cable in and more ducts.
