Sorry - I need a FREEPHONE number. The building manager charges me FULL BT
RATES PRE-DISCOUNT, but I have no influence over who he uses as a PTT, or
what discount schemes he chooses to use.

If the telco provider is NTL and your somewhere in the old
EastCoastCable/CambridgeCable/AngliaCable then KeConnect do unmetered
access
for just under £30 a month up to ISDN, bit more for dual channel unmetered.
Get cutoff about every 3 hours or so.
