I too use Mdaemon and have the pro version. It is more than capable of
running a 200 member list without ADSL. Even if it is set to individually
crack the list rather than use 1 email to the host and a route slip.

I have hosted lists bigger on 33.6k dialup so 64k ISDN and surftime account
would be plenty.
