Similarly, I probably wouldn't go back to the Edinburgh store if I have the
choice- but that's partly because I know which of the (apparently
decorative) doors in the Newcastle one are actually shortcuts, so I can get
round to the bit I want in fairly short order.  I don't think the shape of
the Edinburgh one allows much short-cutting!  It's also about 5 minutes
drive from my house to the Gateshead one, so I can nip round 15 minutes
before it shuts when it's inevitably quieter...

And at least _they_ have most of the catalogue contents in stock...
