You need the new UCM to interface your PC to your panel.

You could buy Comfort Web Interface (which included the UCM mentioned
above)
plus software (ACE) that can be used to let Comfort talk to HomeVision.
This is what I am using. Comfort sends a message (thru' ACE) to
HomeVision.
