Our marketing director, who is _very_ non-techy went out to a trial
customer yesterday to install our "fat client" application. (Our
fat client is there to help us test our backend sytems without launching a
public website.)

He'd carefully checked in advance that they were running "Windows
98", and been told "yes, that's what we run".

He got there, and had trouble installing, so called me... He quickly
identified that the "PC" in question was a iMac, but didn't
realise what this meant, and had just believed the customer who told him it
was Win 98...

AAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Quote of the week: It said "Windows NT 4.0 or better" on the box,
so I installed SUSE.
