You need to have a special version of the
software
to enable the other options. Check the homevision site, from memory it is
$15. I
do not have it yet because I have ISDN and CID works very differently with
that
(CAPI). I have received a few pointers as to how I might get CID from ISDN
into
HomeVision, but it is just another thing on a long list at the moment
(ordered
my Comfort system yesterday which will now take priority).

Vision, when I go into the ID configuration screen the PC+ ITU Device and

Other S/W options are greyed out. As I am using an external caller display
device connected to Com 2 how do I get HV to look at the serial
