Although the standard DHCP specs will mean you SHOULD get the same address
back, I've got a feeling BT are forcing the change. They really don't want
people running large scale web servers on ADSL.

It shouldn't do. when fifty percent of your elase is left, the server
should offer you an extension as it were, for another lease period.
Only if your box gets turned off should you get a new address. In an
always-on connection environment, this makes no sense!
