I'm using cat-5 for up to 30m with no problems.  I know of someone else
using standard alarm cable at up to (IIRC) 100m, which is pretty
impressive!

It's 'only' 6MHz, as long as you send it as composite video.  If you want
to modulate it so you can plug it into an aerial socket (rather than a
scart socket, or phono socket), then you'll definitely need co-ax, any old
aerial lead stuff should do.
