Thanks for the replies. It's now working!
Stuart's outline solution was indeed correct - Doogie's email
supplied the missing bit I needed to make it work without lots of
firtling around.
Steve - thanks for the suggestion - in this paricular case I'm
hamstrung because:
1: I'm not a mail administrator
2: Our email policy is such that Exchange blocks Outlook from auto-
forwarding to anyone outside our Exchange organisation... duh!
Hence the need for a fully egroups solution.
