Also consider the dim settings on LD10s and any X10 modules running close to the wind in terms of maximum loads. I had a similar problem a while ago which turned out to be caused by running a 300W uplighter via a lamp module (rated at 300W). At specific dim settings after a period of time (when it got hot), the module began blocking X10 across the entire house (by transmitting spurious codes continuously).

I experience a total block that only seems to be evenings but can also work ok for days. My first suspect was the TV but switching this off seems to make no difference. I can't seem to see a pattern to suspect another particular appliance.
