I'm pretty sure this comes under the legal heading of "invitation to
treat"
so even if you had a low price on goods that were actually a higher price
the retailer is not obliged to sell them to you at that price.  In reality
however most good retailers - like ourselves :-)  - WILL sell it at the
lower price to keep the good will of the customer.
