Hi,
Based on my retail knowledge.
Price changes come thru' to the EPOS system and are changed on the displays
on a Sunday. If the price goes up it is important to change the display
price as under the trading acts the customer pays the price display. The
reverse as in your case is not as important to the store and is little
difference to you as you will be charged the correct price by the EPOS.
As in the company i worked for with a catalogue which becomes out of date
you get charged the lower price, however spotting a printing error (there
are many) could save you 20 quid easily.
