Ian,
I notice from you sig you are using tini, I have just got the kit from the
States, and having never written a line of Java I was wondering if you
could
post some example code either to the list or direct, so that I can get into
it a bit quicker.
Also which development board are you using I have gone for the STEP+ from
Systronix
