Add 15k to that if you buy new ...
However, the NEC P6Extra that I have was about £15k new and cost me £2k
with
about 1,500 hours of use on the clock and unmarked tubes.

He'll have to part with MUCH more than that.
Mark has a VIDEO projector, to make use of a line doubler you need a DATA
projector, for a Line quadrupler you need a GRAPHICS projector. Add at
least another 15K to that :-(
