Have you gone into Currys or Dixons lately?  You could spend 3,500 on a
back
projection telly of around 40"!!!  It's outrageously CRAP in
comparison to a
projector (and mine was cheaper than that).

Mine is very much an "entry level" CRT projector.  RRP is around
3500 I
think but got it thru a friend for 2750.  If I didn't have the Home
Automation and Home Cinema "diseases" I might not be driving a
ten year old
car!! :-)
