TOPAZ ??

Anyone come across a piece of software called 'TOPAZ' or 'TOuch PAnel
Zimmulator' ?? It has just beed installed at my work place to control a
whole
set of 11 plasma screens and multiple sources...seems to use a TCP/IP link
across our ethernet to a central control PC.... what I'm interested in
finding
out is what TCP/IP packets are sent to do what....if I can find this out,
then I
should be able to get one of our coders to write our own web based control
screens etc....
