I know from bitter experience that LL3 does not deal with long file names.
Perhaps take the HHD into another PC, format it FAT32 and then copy the cd
image onto it?

Have you any idea whether Laplink3 would cope with long file names?
Where might I find a copy of LL3.EXE? I used to have it years ago,
but I doubt I could find it now.
