I need to know the sizes of this faceplate (specifically, the width and
height of the snap-in ports, and the width of the centre white space)

I am looking to fit a SCART socket into one of these, giving me a 4-
CAT-5 + SCART faceplate (with some suitable Dremelling and hot glue of
course)
