Saw a 3 minute skit on CNN last night covering Comdex. In addition to
the webpad, they also had some rather nice bluetooth based proximity
badges which were used to activate and deactivate a suitably enabled
laptop over a distance of a few feet. Sadly, I didn't catch the
manufacturers name... Knowing who was where in the home could lead to
great things!
