http://www.screwfix.com/ search on
product ID 3572 or 5754 for a maintained
version - you can use it as an 'ordinary' switchable light, the other one
is
permanently off until the power fails - then you get around 3 hours of
light.
Of course, you will have run plenty of spare copper at first fix in
anticipation of such things... DOH!!!
