It's probably easier to isolate the drive to the triacs, there are
opto-triac couplers available.  At that stage, the signal is digital, much
easier to optoisolate!  Obviously, if you need zero crossing detection,
that needs to be isolated in some way too, either magnetically
(transformer) or optically.
