OK circuit is built, but when the TSOP 1838 is connected up the led in the
transmitter circuit lights immediately. I am getting 5V out of the 78L05,
so
that is OK. Any ideas where I could have a problem ? I never did test the
circuit without the 1838 so maybe I will do that now.
