It isn't something that I have looked at personally, but having previously
worked in pro audio, you might want to consider another route. There are a
number of companies making amps for commercial premises which are
multi-zone systems, Millbank and Tannoy come to mind.
I don't know if they would have all the automation capability you would
require, but it might be worth looking in to. They might be limited in the
number of inputs, a typical commercial system would maybe have a couple of
line inputs and a mic input, and I'm not sure about remote control, but
they would have output controls and override/duck settings for some of the
inputs.
