Re: Choosing PIR sensors
As a Security alarm surveyor and 11 years experience of installing, I have
found that a reliable PIR such as the Alarmcom PIR's with Fuzzy logic and
mirrored optics to be the most reliable. This means that position of the
sensor
is not so critical, i.e.. looking at large areas of glass. I am not a fan
of
Duel Tech sensors and would rate the alarmcoms as more reliable every time.
