Anyone got any advice for a camera.
What I actually want is a USB camera, and some Videoconferencing software
for use over a TCP/IP network. (Not the Internet - but 64k CIR Frame Relay
lines, so effectively 96k of bandwidth most of the time.)
What's my best bet?
