Hi Stuart,

Any large lump of metal will do as a heatsink, as to the power supply any
plug top PSU will be suitable. You must have one laying around
somewhere....
if not the check out some of the High Street Discount shops, they usually
have
unregulated 300mA supplies for around four pounds.
