Power supply?- sort of- you could just drive them from a cheap mains
adaptor, plugged into an X-10 switch... pretty clumsy though...

Heatsink?  Maybe- I don't have the Farnell data in front of me, and I can't
see them in RS, but if they can switch 25A, you might not need a heatsink
at 13A- look at the power dissipated and the maximum power which the module
itself can dissipate.

Again, not sure of prices of the solid state relays, but if you look at
contactors, prices are around =A320, and you'll probably want a little
DIN-rail mounting box to put it in.
