They flash back when they detect a camera flash and thus overexpose the
film. Takes about an hour to fit around the rear number plate.

Please advise where I can purchase some of those snazzy number
plates that automatically blur the detail when you try and take a
photo of them, they must be a real bonus with speed cameras. James
Bond never had anything that usefull.
