Excuse my ignorance, but I thought not all devices supported auto
switching (based on Pin 8 is it?). Just a thought?

I found this from Keene which I think is maybe better for scart
switching,
VIVANCO SBX95 AUTO-SCART CONNECTOR, it is the same price (40 quid) but
has
4 scart sockets and switches automatically. The QS33L only has 2 scart
sockets and I will want DVD, VCR, Bush unit and KAT5 connected at some
point. However if someone has a better suggestion, or a reason why the
QS33L might be better after all, then let me know.

Regards

Graham
