Hello Mark

Yes ransom strips are very nasty things but Sainsburys must have
been aware of the situation when they bought the land so they've
only themselves or their solicitors dept to blame!

With regard to cable access, I have a nasty feeling that the
telcos other than BT do not have any universal service
obligations and that they'll just say that they don't have to
supply you with a service.
