3 x EagleEye PIR sensors
2 x Outdoor PIR sensors
2 x Slimfire remotes
1 x MP3 remote keypad + MR26A ALL HOUSECODE RF receiver.

This little lot weighted in at $128 including postage of $35. I dread to
think what the equivalent UK pricing would be!

Impressions:
Hawkeye's - Smaller than I thought, easy to set up, can be used externally.

Outdoor PIRs - Better range to MR26A than EagleEye, Bloody huge, will look
stupid!

Slimfires - Poor range compared to EagleEye

MR26A - This brings it all together as this unit 'hears' all the other
stuff
which uses 310MHz. Initially I was very disappointed with the range of this
thing, it was perhaps 15 feet to the farthest EagleEye when testing, but
simply stripping back some of the pigtail antenna and connecting it to an
FM
arial helped quite a bit. I am going to try and improve this further.

The MR26A does not transmit X10 signals over the powerline, it simply plugs
in to a serial port so you have to have software that can communicate with
it. HomeSeer comes with a plugin which does just that.

Justin.
