I'm on Telewest, but I expect NTL is the same.  You're not allowed to run
an
anonymous server from your cable line.  If you have everything password
protected, then you'll be ok providing you don't give out your passwords on
usenet ;-)

May I suggest VNC for remote control of your PC - can do it through any
Java
browser.  Do a search for VNC on google and it'll turn up.
