Hi Aashram,

I dont have a VGA unit yet but it is under development.

There are standalone converters that will take an S-Video or Composite
signal and convert it to VGA. They tend to cost around ?70 - ?100.
Standalone converters that upscale RGB are more expensive.

If you have a PC connected to the LCD then consider the Sweetspot card from
http://www.pluggedin.tv/sweetspot
