RE: Craplins RJ45 Splitter

Hi Ken,

The resistors to remove from ONE of the receivers are

R601 and R607 both 100R shown in Yellow
R501 and R507 both 620R shown in Red

You must run from the Transmitter, to Receiver1 (unterminated and fitted
with the splitter) to Receiver2.

Details here <a href="http://www.btinternet.com/~diyha/kat5/daisychain.html";>http://www.btinternet.com/~diyha/kat5/daisychain.html</a>

Hope that helps.

Keith

Sorry Keith poor terminology by yours truly, it is the Maxview TP727
Double Adaptor not a splitter as such, I worded it wrongly...oops :-)

Okay, what resistors removed? Bear in mind here that, whilst my
knowledge of electronics is getting slightly better through UKHA_D, I'm
not the greatest with them little bits ;-)

What I have is one of the doublers plugged into a KAT5 TX with a doubler
on the front, one CAT5 goes to an RX in the lounge and one goes to an RX
in the bedroom but I did not open the case! This is something I wouldn't
do without instruction to do so.

K.
