If your CRT projector is correctly set up (with respect to brightness
and contrast) then you *SHOULDN'T* burn the tubes with reasonable use on
video games however I have seen far too many CRT projectors trashed by
people pushing the brightness too far and a retube is somewhere in the
order of £2k!
