If you TRY to count Brinks as a whole, like the BBB does for ADT, they
total well over 5000+ registered complaints. This makes RLB look like a
saint. :)

Brinks plays games with their BBB rating. They don't list all their
phone numbers, and treat each branch like it was a privately run
franchise. Their corporate HQ is listed like a small branch...like I
said, the BBB is totally useless.

The BBB lost their credibility a long time ago. It appears that the more
money you throw at the BBB, the easier all your complaints mysteriously
get resolved away...

I'd give the BBB and F rating.
