ATSC modulators

I used to post here on, but have not visited in a while.  Pardon me if
this is a frequent topic.  I searched, but could not find any
references.

My cable TV operator (Verizon FIOS) is going all digital.  This means
that I will need to switch to the digital TV tuner set top boxes.  In
order to still see the in-house TV sources (camers, DVD players, PCs,
etc), I would need a digital (ATSC) modulator.

Does something like this exist?  I checked on ChannelPlus' website,
and found only tuners for NTSC.

Note that I am not referring to digital NTSC modulators, but
modulators for digital TV.
