They'll use coal from BC (Canada). It's low in mercury, high in
calcium, fluoride, phosphates and iron. People in the southwestern
Kansas will benefit with stronger bones, brighter teeth, cleaner
clothes, and more energy. The climate will gradually turn more
"tropical", and wheat crops will be replaced with pineapple and bananas.
The additional fibre will wind up "recycled" in fertilizer (which will
really put Kansas on the map). :-)
