Insteon SDK license

I notice that Insteon has made significant changes to the license agreement.
The web page says, "Licensing agreement revised September 21, 2007" but I
don't know if that was when they made these changes as I hadn't visited the
page in some time.

Anyway, they no longer prohibit developers from commenting on the hardware,
software, support, etc. While IANAL, it appears to me that a developer could
even publish source code under these newer terms.
