The existing XTB-II and the forthcoming XTB-IIR can repeat signals received
over the powerline.  The XTB-II will only do that while it is in the TW523
emulation mode.  While I am still working on the code, I plan to have the
XTB-IIR be able to repeat powerline signals regardless of what the normal
source of X10 signals are.
