could it be that the philips remote is being
programmed wrong? do they have a tech to
walk you thru it? if it works on the sampo
and not the toshiba maybe the ir is broken on
the tv or blocked or dirty. I hope philips does
have tech support for you. sounds like you do have
the wrong codes.
