I use xPL  ( UK based)  which is a free pc HA software ....But at this
stage doesnt have a nice front end like CQC ...

Have a look at xAP which is also a FREE  HA software (xPL is based on
xAP).....This could get you started.....Dean from CQC has started some
work on xAP so  maybe  it might find the time soon to  finish the xAP
stuff ......
