As you're using CQC and an Elk, you(or Kirk) could use that to pull together
a few bits to do this.
IIRC, the cocoontech guys advocated using electric strikes in concert with
an Elk M1 for something else I was looking into. Assuming that all works
fine, and assuming that your CQC can activate/deactivate a particular item
on the elk M1, then you could use CQC's web browser interface to expose a
command button for the elk M1 which would deactivate/activate the electric
door strike.
You could use a cellphone or any of a variety of interfaces to hit that
browser.
