It doesn't mean he owns the business, but is only the point-of-contact for
the domain.  That's quite normal for someone that builds/manages a domain
for someone else.

You're really digging for straws on this one.  He admits he did the website
for his brother.  And his brother might very well want him to be the POC for
things like domain name renewal  The POC for an internet domain does not in
any way, indicate the ownership of the company.  If that was the case,
Network Solutions would "own" more companies that you could shake your
little stick at!

You act like an 8th grader that lost his "girlfriend" to someone else.  Grow
up and get over this childish cat fight.
